Why do you need to upload scans of documents?

Uploading copies of corporate documents is the second stage of the KYB (Know Your Business) procedure, which is necessary to confirm the authenticity of your company's data and its legal activities.

Why is this necessary?

• To confirm the legal registration of the company and its management structure;
• To pass the NBCgate compliance department check (in accordance with international AML/KYC standards);
• To gain access to advanced platform features, including: withdrawing funds to a bank account, connecting additional payment instruments, using corporate API and business accounts.

When to upload documents

You can do this:

• immediately after completing the first stage (KYB questionnaire);
• or later — at a time convenient for you, from the "Settings → Documents" section.

After the documents have been checked and confirmed by the NBCgate compliance manager, you will receive a notification in your business account and by email.

What happens after verification

After successful verification, the company receives:

• confirmed KYB status;
• the ability to accept and withdraw payments to bank accounts;
• priority service and access to premium features.
