Who pays the transaction fee?

The NBCgate commission can be flexibly configured depending on your business process.

There are two options available:

• The commission is paid by the business (merchant). In this case, the commission is included in the cost of the goods or services, and the customer sees the total amount without additional fees.
• The commission is paid by the customer. You can pass the commission on to the buyer — it is automatically added at checkout and displayed in the PayForm, PayLink or Invoicing interface.

Commission distribution settings are available in your NBCgate business account and can be changed at any time.

Commissions depend on the business category:

• Low-Risk — from 2.00% + 0.25 USD
• High-Risk — from 7.00% + 1.50 USD
• Crypto — 0.00%
