What should you do if your application has been rejected?
Don't worry — this is a standard situation and can be quickly resolved.
How to find out the reason for rejection
- Log in to your NBCgate personal account.
- Go to the "KYB / Company Verification" section.
- In the application status section, you will see a comment from the compliance manager indicating the reason for rejection (e.g., illegible document, incomplete data, missing signature, etc.).
How to correct and resubmit the application
- Make all the necessary corrections: replace or update documents, correct data, add missing information.
- Then click the "Submit for re-verification" button.
- Verification of a re-submitted application usually takes up to 1-2 business days.
Recommendations to avoid repeated rejection
- Upload clear, colour scans (all stamps and signatures must be visible).
- Ensure that the documents are up to date and no more than 3 months old.
- Use data that matches your company's registration documents.
