What should you do if you receive a rejection under the KYB procedure?

If you have received a notification that you have failed the KYB (Know Your Business) procedure, don't worry — this is a standard part of the verification process, and in most cases the issue can be quickly resolved.


  1. Find out the reasons for the rejection

The letter or notification in your personal account will indicate the reason for the rejection.

The most common reasons are:

  • the documents were not uploaded in full or the image quality was poor;
  • the information in the questionnaire does not match the company's documents;
  • there is no confirmation of the address or legal status;
  • the company is on the list of restricted jurisdictions.

  1. Correct the data and resubmit

Once you have corrected the errors, you can repeat the KYB process.

To do this, update your application in the "Company Profile" section and upload the correct documents.

Re-verification usually takes 24 to 48 hours.
