What should you do if a customer accidentally closes the window with the payment link?
If the customer accidentally closes the window before completing the payment, don't worry.
The payment will not be lost and will not be debited automatically.
How to continue the payment:
- The customer can simply click on the same payment link again.
The link remains active until the payment is completed or until the seller deactivates it.
- If the link was a one-time link, the seller can create a new link in their NBCgate Paylink personal account and send it to the customer again.
For bank cards:
If the customer used a bank card and interrupted the payment process,
the transaction is automatically cancelled by the bank — the money is not debited.
The customer can repeat the payment using the same method.
