What should I do if I haven't received the confirmation code email?

If you have not received the confirmation code email, please follow these steps:


  1. Check that you have entered your email address correctly

Make sure that you entered your address correctly when registering.

If you made a mistake, go back to the registration form and correct your email address.


  1. Check your spam or promotions folder.

Sometimes the email may end up there.

Also check the filters or rules in your email client — the email may have been moved automatically.

  1. Wait 5–10 minutes and request the email again.

Email servers may process emails with a delay.

If the email still hasn't arrived after 10 minutes, click the "Resend code" button in the NBCgate system.


  1. Add the NBCgate address to your trusted senders.

Add no-reply@nbcgate.com to your safe senders list so that emails are not blocked by your email service.


  1. Contact our support team

If nothing helps, please write to us:

support@nbcgate.com

Please include:

  • the email address you used to register;
  • the date and time you expected to receive the email;
  • a description of the problem.


Tip:

To speed up the verification of incoming emails, add the @nbcgate.com domain to your email client's whitelist.
