What should I do if I forget my password?

If you cannot log in to your NBCgate business account, follow these steps:

1. Use the password recovery feature

• On the login page, click "Forgot your password?"
• Enter the email address you used when you registered.
• Check your inbox — you will receive an email with a recovery link.
• Follow the link and create a new password.

2. Didn't receive the email?

• Check your spam or promotions folder — the email may have been delivered there.
• Make sure you entered the correct email address.
• Try requesting the link again in 5–10 minutes.

3. If the problem persists

Please include:

• The email address you used to register
• A description of the problem (e.g., "I haven't received the recovery email")

Tip:
