What should I do if I don't receive a confirmation email to my Email?

If you have not received a confirmation code, you should check whether you have specified your e-mail correctly when registering. Also, check the "Spam" folder in your mail manager, sometimes the e-mail gets there. If it didn't help, resend the code by clicking on a special link in our system. Or contact our customer care team.
