What is the process for a customer to pay via a payment link?

The payment process via NBCgate Paylink takes only a few minutes and does not require registration. Everything happens through a secure channel — quickly, easily and safely.

Step 1. Receiving the link

The customer receives a payment link from the seller — for example, by email, messenger or support chat.

Step 2. View details

After clicking on the link, the customer sees:

• your company name;
• a description of the product or service;
• the payment amount and currency;
• the selected payment method (cryptocurrency or bank card).

Step 3. Selecting a payment method

The customer can choose:

• Cryptocurrency — pay from any wallet that supports NBCgate (e.g. MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Phantom, Exodus, etc.);
• Bank card — enter Visa/Mastercard details and pay in fiat currency (e.g. EUR, USD, KZT).

Step 4. Confirmation

Before paying, the customer sees the current conversion rate (if cryptocurrency is used).

After confirming the payment, the system automatically notifies both parties — the customer and the seller — of the transaction status.
