What is the payment processing procedure, and how can I receive notifications regarding the transaction status?
The NBCgate system processes payments in real time and automatically notifies you of every change in transaction status.
How the processing works:
1) The customer makes a payment (by card or cryptocurrency) via the PayForm form, PayLink link or API integration.
2) The system verifies the payment details, amount, and network validity.
3) The transaction is sent to the blockchain and undergoes confirmation (usually 10–30 seconds).
4) After successful verification, the status is updated to "Paid" and you receive a notification.
All transaction statuses are displayed in real time in your NBCgate Business personal account and are synchronised across all platform products.
Notification methods:
- Pop-up notification in the web interface;
- Push notifications in the mobile app;
- Email notification of payment completion or error;
- Webhook for API integration (details in the documentation).
