What is a questionnaire for establishing business relations?

The business relationship questionnaire is the first step in the Know Your Business (KYB) procedure, which aims to verify your company and confirm its legal status.

Why do we need a questionnaire?

The questionnaire helps our compliance team ensure that your business:

• is registered in accordance with the laws of your country;
• has a transparent ownership and management structure;
• is not involved in activities that violate AML (anti-money laundering) and CFT (counter-terrorist financing) regulations.

What does the questionnaire include?

The questionnaire requires you to provide:

• company registration details (name, country, legal address);
• information about owners, directors and beneficiaries;
• a description of business activities, sources of income and payment destinations;
• links to websites or social networks confirming the company's activity.

What happens after you fill out the questionnaire

• After you submit the questionnaire, it will be reviewed by an NBCgate compliance manager.
• If necessary, you may be asked to provide additional information.
• Once approved, you can proceed to the second stage of KYB — uploading your founding documents.

After successfully completing both stages of KYB (questionnaire + documents), you will receive full access to NBCgate products, including crypto payments, invoices, and multi-currency solutions.
