What happens if a customer tries to pay using an invalid or expired payment link?
If the payment link is no longer valid (for example, the seller has deactivated it or it has expired),
the customer will see a notification window when they click on the link:
What to do in this case:
- Ask the seller to create a new link.
In your NBCgate Paylink personal account, you can do this in the "Links" → "Create new" section.
- Check the currency and payment method.
The link may have been created in a different currency (e.g., USDT or EUR).
- If the payment is made by card, make sure that the customer's bank has not declined the transaction due to a repeat request.
Tips for sellers:
- Set the link's expiry date manually — this can be done when creating it.
- Use dynamic links (without a time limit) for regular customers.
- Enable notifications — the system will warn you when the link is about to expire.
