What happens if a customer pays the wrong amount via a payment link?

If a customer sends the wrong amount (more or less than specified), the funds will still be credited to your NBCgate Business Wallet.

Possible actions:

You can refund the excess amount to the customer using the "Transfers" section in NBCgate Business Wallet.

In this case, the order will await confirmation. You can contact the customer and request the missing amount manually.
