What documents do I need to provide to start using Payform?
To start accepting payments using NBCgate PayForm, you need to complete a simple verification process.
This is a standard KYC/KYB procedure that confirms the legality of your activities and the security of your work with clients.
Steps and documents:
1) Fill out the form in your NBCgate personal account, specifying:
- legal name of the company/sole proprietorship;
- description of activities and sources of income;
- registration address and website (if any).
2) Upload documents confirming the data:
- passport or ID document (for sole traders);
- company registration documents (articles of association, extract, certificate of incorporation);
- document confirming the address (e.g., utility bill).
3) Once your application has been successfully verified, you will be able to accept crypto and card payments via PayForm.
Tips:
- The verification process usually takes 1–3 business days.
- You can start testing the product even before the verification is complete — in demo mode.
