What documents are required to verify an account in Business Wallet?
To verify your NBCgate Business Wallet account, you must complete the KYB (Know Your Business) procedure.
This verification confirms the authenticity of the company, its ownership structure and source of funds, ensuring compliance with international AML/KYC requirements.
Basic list of documents for companies:
1) Company charter (or similar document of incorporation);
2) Certificate of Incorporation / Business Licence;
3) Document confirming the company's registered address;
4) Extract from the commercial or corporate register (not older than 3 months);
5) Document confirming the appointment of the director (or general manager);
6) Passport and proof of address of all owners (UBO) and directors;
7) Bank statement or invoice confirming an active corporate account;
8 ) Confirmation of the website domain and description of the business (if available)
For sole traders (IP / Sole Proprietor):
1) Owner's passport;
2) Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, etc.);
3) Certificate of registration of entrepreneurial activity;
4) Link to the website or description of activities.
Important:
- All documents must be in colour, legible and no older than 3 months.
- In some cases, the compliance manager may request additional documents.
