What documents and information will I need to provide during registration?
No documents need to be uploaded to register on the NBCgate platform. The process is as simple as possible and takes only a few minutes.
1) What you will need to register
- A valid email address — a confirmation code will be sent to it.
- Password — create a strong password that meets security requirements (minimum 8 characters, upper and lower case letters, numbers, special characters).
- Select your country and legal form (sole trader or legal entity).
After confirming your email, you will have access to your personal account and can test the system or start setting up payment solutions.
2) When you will need documents
Copies of registration and incorporation documents are required at the next stage — during the KYB (Know Your Business) procedure.
This procedure is necessary for:
- activating payment acceptance;
- verifying the company or entrepreneur;
- withdrawing funds to a bank account.
Conclusion:
At the registration stage, only basic data and email confirmation are required. Documents are requested later — during business verification for connecting payment instruments.
