How can I report technical problems or errors?
If you encounter a technical problem or notice an error in the NBCgate service, please let us know so that we can fix it quickly.
There are two ways to do this:
- Via the feedback form:
Please provide your email address, briefly describe the issue and, if necessary, attach a screenshot.
- By email:
Send an email describing the issue to support@nbcgate.com
Please include:
- the email address your business account is registered to;
- a brief description of the error (what happened and at what stage);
- a link to the page or product where the problem occurred.
