What are the stages of the KYB procedure?
The KYB procedure consists of two main stages:
1) Questionnaire
At this stage, you fill out a questionnaire to establish a business relationship. It contains information about your company, legal address, ownership structure, and nature of business.
The average time for questionnaire verification is 1–3 business days.
2) Uploading of founding documents
After successful questionnaire completion, you can proceed to the second stage — uploading scans of founding documents (registration certificates, articles of association, documents on the appointment of directors, etc.).
These documents are necessary to confirm the legal status of the business and enable the withdrawal of funds to your bank account.
When can you start working?
After completing the first stage (questionnaire), you can already:
- accept crypto payments and test the NBCgate system;
- use basic products and solutions for business.
The second stage (document upload) can be completed immediately or later, when you need to withdraw funds or use advanced features.
