What are the fees for using Payform?
The NBCgate PayForm service is free to use — commission is only charged for successful transactions when accepting payments or withdrawing funds.
Commissions for accepting payments
For Low-Risk sellers
(Companies from stable industries with low levels of returns and chargebacks)
- Bank card payments:
2.00% of the payment amount + 0.25 USD
(the commission can be passed on to the customer if desired)
- Cryptocurrency payments:
0.00% — there is no commission for accepting crypto payments.
For High-Risk merchants
(High-risk businesses — finance, gaming, investments, online services)
- Payment by bank card:
5.00% of the payment amount + 1.50 USD
(the commission can also be transferred to the customer)To protect payments, the customer undergoes a quick KYC check.
- Cryptocurrency payments:
0.00% — no commission for accepting crypto payments.
Withdrawal fees
- To a bank account:
1.00% of the withdrawal amount + 0–5 EUR
- To a crypto wallet (USDT / USDC):
0.50% of the withdrawal amount, but not less than 2.50 USDT / USDC
- To bank cards:
