Portal menu (business account)

The main menu of the NBCgate Business portal is designed to allow you to quickly manage your account, finances, and company settings.

Through the portal menu, you can:

• Go to your profile settings — change your name, password, interface language, and notifications;
• Configure your business account settings — display currency, bank details, logo, and employee access;
• Export reports in convenient formats (CSV, XLSX, PDF) for accounting and analytics;
• Go to the FAQ and help system to find answers to frequently asked questions;
• Contact NBCgate support directly from the interface;
• Configure security: enable two-factor authentication (2FA) and device management.

The menu adapts to your access rights — administrators see all sections, while users only see those relevant to their role.
