How will I be notified that the payment has been successfully completed?
After a successful payment, NBCgate Paylink instantly notifies you in several ways — you can choose the most convenient one:
Real-time notifications:
- Email notification — arrives immediately after successful crediting of funds.
- Push notification — displayed directly in your NBCgate personal account.
- Webhook event — if you have integration enabled, payment details are automatically transferred to your CRM or ERP.
In the "Statistics" section, you can:
- Track all incoming payments;
- View the status of each transaction;
- Check the time, currency, commission, and amount credited.
For card payments:
NBCgate also notifies you of refunds, cancellations, and authorisation errors, if they occur.
How to enable notifications:
- Go to your NBCgate personal account.
- Open the Settings → Notifications section.
- Select where you want to receive notifications — Email, Push or Webhook.
