How long does it take to review an application?
KYB (Know Your Business) questionnaire verification usually takes 1 to 3 business days.
In some cases, the process may take longer, for example, if additional document verification or data clarification is required.
Verification stages:
- Initial questionnaire verification — the compliance manager checks the accuracy of the data entered and its compliance with the requirements.
- Document verification — verification of registration data, founders and company structure.
- Status confirmation — upon completion, you will receive a notification in your NBCgate personal account and at the e-mail address specified during registration.
How to speed up the process:
- Upload high-quality colour scans of documents (all signatures and stamps must be clearly visible).
- Ensure that the information provided matches the official registration documents.
- Check that all files are up to date and no older than 3 months.
