How long does it take to conduct a transaction between Business Wallet and other wallets?

Transaction processing time depends on the selected cryptocurrency, network, and current blockchain load.

Transactions within the NBCgate system (between Business Wallet users) are instantaneous and commission-free.
Transfers to external wallets (in other systems) take an average of 10 seconds to 5 minutes.
In rare cases (when the network is overloaded), a transaction may take up to 30 minutes to process — you can always track its status in the "Transaction History" section.

Tip:

To speed up transactions, use networks with low load and minimal fees — for example, TRC-20 or Polygon.
