How do I change/recover my password?
If you want to change your password:
- Log in to your NBCgate business account.
- Go to "Profile Settings" → "Change Password".
- Enter your old password, then your new one, and confirm the changes.
- Click "Save" to update your details.
If you have forgotten your password:
- On the login page, click "Forgot your password?".
- Enter the email address your account is registered to.
- Check your email — a recovery link will be sent to your address.
- Follow the link and set a new password.
