How can I upload documents to the system?

To upload copies of your founding and supporting documents for KYB (Know Your Business) verification, follow these steps:


Step-by-step instructions:

  • Log in to your NBCgate business account.
  • Go to Settings → Documents.
  • Click the "Upload File" button and select the desired document from your device.
  • Make sure that the file is in one of the supported formats: PDF, JPG, PNG; no larger than 10 MB; clearly legible (all signatures, stamps and data must be clearly visible).
  • After uploading, the document will appear in the list — the verification status will change to "Under review".


Additional recommendations:

  • If necessary, you can add several files for one type of document (for example, articles of association + appendix to the articles of association).
  • If you have uploaded the wrong document, click "Delete" and repeat the upload.
  • After successful verification, you will receive a notification in your business account and at the email address specified during registration.

You can also upload documents directly from the NBCgate Business Wallet mobile app — just open the "Documents" section, take a photo of the required file and send it for verification.
