How can I configure the options and settings in the NBCgate system according to my business needs?

Each payment product in the NBCgate system can be customised individually, depending on the goals and type of your business.

You can manage the settings directly from your business account:

• Go to Settings → Products.
• Select the desired product (e.g., card payments, crypto payments, transfers, or invoices).
• Configure settings such as: transaction limits; acceptance and conversion currencies; displayed details and payment descriptions; automatic notifications about receipts and statuses; invoice or payment link templates.

Additional features

• If necessary, you can enable API integration — this will allow you to synchronise NBCgate with your CRM, website or sales platform.
• In the Security section, you can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) and restrict employee access by role.
• If you have multiple businesses, you can create separate profiles in the system with unique settings for each project.
