How are refunds or transaction cancellations processed?
NBCgate provides a simple and secure system for refunds and transaction cancellations, built into all payment products.
How it works:
- Log in to your NBCgate personal account.
- Go to the "Transactions" or "Payment History" section.
- Find the desired transaction by date and amount.
- Click "Cancel" or "Refund" — the system will automatically process the request.
Refunds are made in the same way that the payment was made:
- for bank cards — the refund is credited back to the customer's original account;
- for cryptocurrency transactions — the refund is made in the same currency (e.g. USDT or USDC).
Average refund time:
- for cards — up to 5 working days (depending on the issuing bank);
- for cryptocurrencies — within 1 hour after confirmation of the transaction.
