Can I withdraw funds from my Business Wallet to my bank account?

Yes, you can withdraw funds from your NBCgate Business Wallet to a company or sole trader bank account.

To do this, you need to:

1) Complete the KYC/KYB procedure (company identification and verification);

2) Upload copies of the founding documents in the "Documents" section;

3) Wait for confirmation from the compliance manager;

4) Go to the "Withdraw funds" section and specify your bank account details;

5) Confirm the transaction using 2FA authentication (if enabled).

Please note:

• Withdrawals are only available to corporate or verified accounts;
• Funds can be withdrawn in major fiat currencies (USD, EUR, CZK, etc.);
• The time it takes for the funds to be credited depends on the bank and the country of receipt.
