Can I disable or delete a payment link after creating it?

Yes, you can deactivate a payment link at any time, but you cannot delete it completely in order to preserve your transaction history and reporting.

To deactivate a link:

1) Go to the payment link settings;

2) Open the "Basic" tab;

3) Switch the status to "Inactive".

You can reactivate the link at any time.

Tip:

Use the disable option if you are temporarily suspending sales but plan to resume them later. This is safer than deleting, as all data is retained.
