Can I add additional details about the product or service to the payment link?
Yes, you can add a description of the product, service or order when creating a payment link in NBCgate Paylink.
This information will be displayed to the customer on the payment page along with the amount, currency and link expiry date.
For example, you can specify:
- Product or service name;
- Order or invoice number;
- Brief description (up to 200 characters).
Important:
If no description is added, the customer will only see:
- Your company name;
- The payment amount;
- And the link expiry date (if specified).
